On receiving the product, our experts will verify the product for the cause of damage and proceed for return. In case the product is out of stock during the process and the customer is no longer in a position to wait. We will provide 100% refund to the customer, else, the replacement items will be sent to the customer immediately with shipping cost borne by Titan Tech Emirates.
Kindly note that no replacement will be applicable for products that have been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or soldering in any way. Due to the nature of products and competitive pricing that we offer we are unable to provide order cancellation and return without our strict valid examination.
